If I email a Question when will you respond?
Because we sell our products worldwide, we do not have office hours. We check our messages on a regular basis throughout the day and night 7 days per week. We guarantee you a fast response in no longer than a matter of hours, but usually within the hour. Remember you can also contact us via telephone in case of an emergency.
How Much Is Shipping and When Will It Arrive?
Our shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the amount of the order. Quantity purchases automatically receive shipping discounts. You can preview the rates at check out.
Domestic Shipping:
Most products are shipped priority mail with shipping insurance included.
Some items are shipped USPS First Class rates which may take 4 - 7 days for delivery.
We try to stay away from Media mail that can take as long as 6 to 7 weeks.
International shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on almost all of our products. When ordering, please be as detailed on your address as possible. Let us know exactly how the shipping label should look. Include the receivers name and phone number. Please note that you are responsible for any and all Customs Charges and/or Duties. We are unable to undervalue shipments for Customs purposes. All prices are in US Dollars and shipping is always an additional charge.
International shipping rates vary greatly depending on the destination and the type of service required. The lowest cost shipping is US mail Air Parcel post or US Global Priority Mail. Air Parcel Post International orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
We can also ship by Federal Express or United Parcel Service, but the cost is typically $30.00 or more. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries, due to uncertain delivery service.
How Often Do You Ship?
If you complete payment for your order before 2 PM EST your order will be shipped the same business day. If you order after 2 PM EST your order will be shipped the following morning. Orders are shipped out everyday except for Sundays. We will confirm shipment date via email.
We do our part to assure that your order arrives in a timely manner, but cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Remember, there are circumstances beyond our control such as weather and Holidays.
